They do have a tremendous amount of perks available to the employees in the form of corporate discounts.
They are just a temp agency, that offers health care benefits. If you know what the assignments position pays, you can get roughly 70% of that as your salary. They don't explain any of this, so the transparency is lacking. You don't accrue any paid time off either, so be aware of this if you take a long term contract. Flat rate pay if you work on the holiday. As a contractor, if you don't work, you don't get paid. The benefits packages they offer are very expensive.for my specific needs, it would have cost over $600 per month in premiums. I was recommend this company, was told they take you out to lunch/dinner to see how you're doing, but you'd never happened for me. They are friendly enough, but once you start working, I only heard from them occasionally.
